Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CBSPD) required upon hire OR Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) required upon hire
1 year minimum of sterile processing experience preferred, including experience with complex instrumentation and electronic tracking systems
Advanced knowledge of sterilization and high-level disinfection techniques, infection control practices, and surgical instrumentation
Ability to function independently and perform in a lead/charge capacity when required
Valid driver's license is required if the incumbent is selected to transport instrument trays with a motorized vehicle
