Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
We invest around $1,000 per appointment!!
Consultants attend 8-10 appointments per week
Supported by our industry-leading 70% sit rate
Strong communicators who are comfortable leading conversations
Individuals who take coaching well and apply feedback
People with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, leadership, education, competitive athletes, or other performance-based roles
Self-motivated professionals who want control over their income
Comfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules
