3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard design, and complex DAX development.
Solid experience with SQL and working with structured/curated datasets (Databricks or similar environments is a plus).
Proven experience building dashboards for ongoing business reviews and performance tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex datasets.
Experience in data transformation, data mapping, and BI tool-based reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Experience: Prefer a minimum of 1+ year in technical/software support or B2B customer support or an internship
Experience with MS Office Suite
Strong organizational skills
Experience onboarding new software customers in an organized manner following a given project plan with formal timelines and documentation is a plus
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
Experience with Zoom is preferred
Experience using AI tools to automate tasks and create documentation is preferred
Bilingual communications skills are a plus (Spanish or Indian dialects)
