High School diploma or equivalent
Ten to fifteen (10-15) years practical experience in facilities operations including specialized fields such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, Mechanical, or Structural
Minimum three (3) years supervisory and/or work leader experience
Excellent leadership, written, oral, and email communication skills
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel and Word software programs
Must be able to ascend and descend ladders of various heights to view work in progress, perform investigations, or gain information for estimating purposes
Driving to various job sites is required
Some after-hours duty required and may be called in to work after-hour emergency situations
Work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort is required
Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk
Field visits required both indoors and outdoors in all climates, including outside and on top of facilities, often exposed to hot sun or cold windy conditions
Work involves risks and observance of safety precautions typical of this position with assigned PPE
