5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Valid California State Certified Electrical License.
Experience with field service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices.

A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.
