Minimum of 7 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment including exposure to maintenance functions and responsibilities.
PC knowledge – Windows/Word/Excel/Power Point.
Monday through Friday
Minimum of 4 years' experience managing a maintenance team.
Ability to use trouble shooting tools and techniques to get to the root cause of a problem.
Working knowledge of at least one maintenance discipline: pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, machine control, mechanical, and/or PM software.

Must be able to confidently drive, tow, and back trailers
Excellent communication and time management skills
Minimum 2 years of fencing or comparable trade experience (carpentry, framing, roofing, etc.)
Dependable, organized, and teachable with a strong work ethic
Experience reading tape measures and construction blueprints
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
