Associate's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience preferably in a building materials, construction or other industrial environment
Local travel throughout Maryland, D.C. Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania
Proven experience leading multi-site operations in ready mix, construction materials, manufacturing, or a related heavy industrial environment
Strong safety leadership with a demonstrated track record of building and sustaining a proactive, zero-incident safety culture while ensuring full regulatory compliance
Ability to lead multiple ready mix plants by planning, directing, and optimizing production, distribution, and overall operational performance
Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to translate business strategy into consistent execution at the plant level
Experience developing, coaching, and motivating plant teams, including supervisors, to drive accountability, engagement, and high performance
Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, analyzing variances, and improving overall profitability
Proven ability to ensure high-quality product standards and exceptional customer service across multiple operational sites
Strong collaboration skills with experience working across HR, Sales, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, and Finance functions
Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, including federal, state, and local safety, environmental, and operational requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a complex, multi-plant environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence diverse teams, resolve operational challenges, and build strong working relationships
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently, make sound decisions under pressure, and deliver consistent operational results
