GDP and SOP documentation accuracy
CGMP guidelines adherence
Proficient operation of assembly equipment lines (gel, Cap Assembly, and Holder systems)
Perform basic troubleshooting and clearing machine faults
Perform IPC testing and notify Set-up personnel if adjustments are required
Maintain understanding of Device History Records (DHR), Production Orders, and Material Lists
Replenish components as needed
Report manufacturing or equipment issues promptly to minimize scrap and downtime
Collaborate with technical staff on improvements and participate in periodic equipment maintenance
