Starting Pay:** $23.36/hr. plus $1.00 shift premium

Your daily mission includes:
Inventory & Logistics: Organize and put away truck supplies, parts, and raw materials to ensure everything is exactly where it needs to be.
Facility Pride: Maintaining a clean, safe, and high-functioning environment for your teammates.
Operational Support: Assisting with hopper management and equipment upkeep to prevent downtime.
Skill Development: Participating in ongoing training to expand your technical knowledge and grow within the company.
Reliable: You understand that the team depends on you to get the day started right at 2:00 pm.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems testing or repair
Two years of college/technical school, four years of related experience, or equivalent combination
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (MDI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
Proficiency with quality inspection methods and processes
Flexibility with work schedule
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly operations
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Skilled in blueprint reading and knowledgeable in GD&T
Basic understanding of compressor-related components and critical features
