Paint material handling and storage.
ERP and inventory systems (e.g., LN ERP).
Shop floor documentation and reporting.
Ability to read and interpret safety documents, paint specs, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
Proficient in metric and imperial measurements.
Ability to solve operational problems and manage workflow.
Strong time management and planning skills.
Knowledge of environmental and OSHA safety standards related to paint operations.
Ability to train and certify employees on equipment and safety procedures.
Forklift and material handling equipment proficiency preferred.
Valid driver's license (passport may be required for customer visits).
Lead, Train, and assist in the entire painting and finishing process
