Maintenance Planner Scheduler
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt.
Comprehensive understanding of IFS and Microsoft Office.
Industrial maintenance background.
Ability to write various types of technical documents including, but not limited to, instructions, training outlines, and reports.
Must be able to creatively apply experience and common sense to a variety of situations, processes, and people.
Must be able to make technical decisions and support the staff on technical issues.
Possess the ability to manage several projects concurrently.
Be able to plan work, order parts, and coordinate downtime for completion of work orders.
Maintain accurate equipment spare parts list.
Create and categorize standard, repetitive job plans.
Ability to read and comprehend simple to complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write various types of documents including, but not limited to, instructions, training outlines, and reports.
Ability to effectively present information verbally in one-on-one to large group situations.
Be able to plan work, order parts, and coordinate downtime to complete work orders.
Be able to resolve issues which may include conflicts between employees, equipment malfunctions, and variations in operating conditions.
Must demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office suite and be able to effectively use Maintenance Management Software.
Manufacturing Plant Environment
Must lift/move up to 50 lbs.
The employee is occasionally required to sit.
The employee is expected to enter facility to evaluate planned jobs.
Ability to go up and down stairs
