Sterile Processing Technician - Healthcare, Training Support Role

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Current certification in Sterile Processing Technology (CRCST or equivalent) required.
One year of MWHC sterile processing experience OR two years of external SPD I-level experience.
Demonstrated competence in sterile processing practices, including instrument identification and advanced set assembly.
Demonstrated ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills required; experience with instrument tracking systems preferred.
Ability to operate automated and technical equipment used in sterile processing.
Physical Requirements: Constant (67-100% of workday) use of arms and hands; frequent (34-66% of workday) standing, walking, and sitting; occasional (0-33% of workday) bending, stooping, and squatting; ability to lift 35 lbs.; ability to push and pull up to 20 lbs.; auditory and visual skills to include color determination.
