Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience

Advanced computer skills and industry specific technology to coordinate and help respond to resident/management requests for the property
UnderstandS and complies with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and all other safety requirements
Knowledge of federal, state, and local code and internal policies, initiatives and systems regarding maintenance
Has a complete understanding and working knowledge of the company's policies and procedures, and ensures team's understanding and compliance
Responsible for the maintenance and security of all property-issued tools

Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful
Accurately take measurements and perform basic arithmetic
Safely operate maintenance equipment such as, but not limited to, leaf blowers, pressure washers, hand tools, power tools, transfer aids, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, landscaping equipment, commercial vacuums, steam cleaners, other carpet and floor cleaning equipment, safety equipment, electric and hand-powered augers and others as needed
Ability to use general office equipment such as key system programmers and software, app-based software, and personal computer
