In-depth knowledge of or certification to industry standards and regulations such as IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, MIL-STD-2000, ISO 9001, etc.
Strong ability to interpret and enforce various Quality requirements. (i.e. Policies and Procedures, Technical Drawings, Product Performance Specifications, Quality Plans, MIL and industry standards, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers.
Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
