Extensive hands-on experience in swimming pool remodel, build, repair, and field operations.
Proven background in project coordination, estimating, and field crew management.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Deep knowledge of residential and commercial swimming pool construction standards.
Strong working knowledge of pool equipment, pumps, motors, filters, plumbing, PVC, electrical systems, lighting, concrete, decking, and resurfacing.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously.
Ability to troubleshoot field problems and make sound operational decisions with limited supervision.
Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, subcontractors, field employees, and ownership.
Ability to work throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding service areas.
