A minimum of seven years of SAP experience with at least three years focused on SAP S/4HANA, including at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations specifically in the areas of Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and retail/omnichannel execution.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field.
Deep functional and configuration expertise in Direct Procurement, Direct Material Sourcing, Intercompany transactions, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) integration.
Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of SAP Retail Solutions and SAP Transportation Management, with the ability to architect cohesive omnichannel supply chain processes.
Strong SAP configuration skills; demonstrated experience with the SAP Activate methodology and SAP Model Company / Best Practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships.
Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write at a quality level to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's senior management team.
Travel as needed.
