High school diploma and 5 years electrical maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Technical trades training (trade or military), such as electrical certifications or similar certifications
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, basic steam plant and combustion turbine knowledge
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;)
Computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, talk, hear and use hands.
Ability to climb ladders, reach with hands and arms to climb and balance
Ability to stoop, crawl, and bend at knees and waist. Lift up to 50 lbs
Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Mechanical and electrical aptitude, including working with switching up to 480 volts
