7+ years of related professional work experience with Oracle PIF/P6, SAP experience is a plus
Expert working knowledge of Oracle's PIF - P6
Business process knowledge in SAP S4
Hands-on SAP configuration is not required; strong SAP process literacy is expected
Knowledge of PIF/P6 systems capabilities and business operations
Business test planning/coordination experience
Experience of and participation in the change process, attending change board as a representative

Billing & Documentation: verify patient information, check insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations if needed, collect co-pays or required documentation
Compliance & Systems: interact with EHR/EMR software to maintain records in HIPAA compliance
Program Support: understand Spravato REMS program and serve as Authorized Representative for the clinic
