Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or related STEM degree with minimum 2 years' related experience.
Experience with C++ or equivalent object-oriented computing language, Matlab, and, scripting languages.
Demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas: systems engineering, software and system analysis, requirements development, verification and validation, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Minimum 10 years' experience in shipbuilding, Automation and Electronic Systems Specialization, or manufacturing
Experience with Automation System or Control system design and construction
Proficiency with MS Office and CAD systems such as AutoCAD
Knowledge/experience concerning basic and detail ship design
Knowledge/experience concerning modern shipbuilding practices
Experience with Classification Society Rules for New Construction, IMO Regulations, and US Coast Guard Requirements as well as international experience or familiarity with European and/or Asian Shipbuilding Standards
