Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline, or four (4) years of a demonstrated knowledge base and subject matter expertise relevant to specific technical disciplines of the SOW, including the qualifications below; or US Naval operational experience at the E7 level or higher.
Six (6) years of engineering experience with a DoD major weapon, combat, and/or fire control systems program. Experience in concept definition, DoDAF compliant architecture development, requirements definition, and initial and detailed system design activities.
Systems engineering experience focused on requirements development and management of software systems. This includes experience related to identification, analysis, and documentation of complex systems involving DOD weapon, combat, and/or fire control systems.

Six (6) years of engineering experience for System Engineer / Analyst, two (2) years specialized demonstrated expertise understanding and developing Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Interface Change Requests (ICD), Interface Design Specifications (IDS), Weapon Specifications (WS) and other system design/system integration documents for weapons control systems and surface combat, control and/or situational awareness systems.
Demonstrated experience with weapon and combat system certification processes and requirements, specifically self-certification criteria for elements of weapons control systems and surface ship combat, control and/or situational awareness systems. Current Navy programs that apply to these specific systems engineering discipline include the Tomahawk Weapon System and Surface Ship Undersea Systems Warfare (USW) systems
Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
