Bachelor's degree in any mechanical or electrical engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
At least 3 years of professional engineering experience, with a focus on Navy AC&R systems (mechanical system design, repair, installation, modification, operation, maintenance, and testing)
Strong understanding of Navy ship systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, Fluid Systems, pumps, heat exchangers, actuators, and other associated equipment.
Experience with control systems and variable speed (frequency) drives (VSD/VFD)
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
Proficiency in engineering and 3D modeling tools.
Ability to support and execute technical testing and develop detailed reports.
