Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience
Proficiency with CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)
Comfortable reading technical drawings and specifications
Demonstrated project management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and teamwork approach with inside and outside teams
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze and interpret critical data
Skilled in all basic MS Office products and working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Epicor)
