Associate degree in technical field or equivalent technical work experience in a manufacturing environment.
2-5 years of experience manufacturing environment that includes machining and assembly.
Knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel / PowerPoint)
Ability to read and understand product drawings that include GD&T; requirements.
Experience with sophisticated quality inspection equipment such as Coordinate Measurement Machines, Keyence, laser scanners, and experience with pin gauges, micrometers, calipers, etc.
Experience with layout / surface plate inspection techniques.
Knowledge of statistical sampling plans.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to interact well with all levels of personnel throughout the organization as well as suppliers and customers.
Experience working in a regulated industry with certification to AS9100 or ISO9000.
Be able to manage multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously and have a strong sense of urgency.
Be self-motivated, focused, and detail oriented with a positive attitude.
May be exposed to industrial oils, toner, coolants, solvents, lubricants, adhesive and other chemicals.
Periodic lifting of materials not to exceed 50 pounds.
