Minimum eight years of recent experience with a public accounting firm, advisory services firm, or a large multinational organization conducting financial audit or corporate accounting
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field is required; licensed CPA or CPA equivalent is required
Strong current knowledge in at least one of consolidation (including complex variable interest entity evaluations), stock compensation, and/or leasing under both US GAAP and IFRS
