5+ years of relevant work experience
Deep understanding of instructional design principles and extensive experience with Adult Learning Theory
Maintains an understanding of e-learning techniques and authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia
Experience working with ERP systems (SourceAmerica uses Dynamics 365)
Knowledge of webinar techniques and using facilitation tools in Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Experience utilizing and managing content in a learning management system such as Absorb
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong organizational skills
Bachelors degree in instructional Design, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Technology
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Flexible schedule and ability to travel periodically
Due to the requirements of this position, candidates must live within 30 miles or less of the SourceAmerica's National Office, Vienna, VA; Kennesaw, GA; Arlington, TX; or Rosemont, IL field offices and work 2-3 days per week in the office.
