Minimum of 15 years of experience as Strategic Performance Advisor with at least 5 years in a similar function within a major energy company or consultancy house.
Demonstrated experience evaluating and validating corporate-level strategy execution and performance outcomes.
Deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) frameworks, systems, and best practices.
Strong project management, problem solving, and change management skills; must be comfortable leading and facilitating the implementation of new practices.
Proven ability to quickly build credibility and collaborative relationships across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
Good understanding of oil & gas, chemicals, and broader energy market dynamics, including evolving technologies and strategic trends.
Experience coaching and mentoring multinational teams.
