High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English language
Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities
Must be able to work evenings and weekends, and as business needs dictate to maximize prospective customer contact
Spend approximately 90% of time outdoors in all seasons, with potential exposure to inclement weather
A background that allows lawful employment in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
Engaging interpersonal skills
Ability to listen, formulate needs based sales strategies, and articulate pitches to sell products and services
Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications as well as consumer and commercial communication devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, set-top converters, and wireless devices)
Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
Experience or ability to complete required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting
2+ years sales or relevant work experience (preferred, but not required if covered by other explicit requirements)

Minimum one year of recent experience in field construction management or construction advisory services with increasing roles and responsibilities in a variety of large capital project types for both public and private clients
Bachelor's degree is required
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
Professional Engineer, Project Management, Certified Construction Manager, Certified Public Accountant, American Institute of Architects, or other professional certification is preferred
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
