5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably commissioning and services 5-axis machines in the aeronautics industry
High School diploma / Associates degree or technical certification in related field or higher preferred / Computer Science, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering Bachelor Degree
Experience with Siemens Sinumerik – Sinumerik Operate CNC software
Experience with Siemens TIA Portal V15 PLC software
Strong troubleshooting skills using CNC & PLC software, including alarm tracing and root–cause analysis
Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics
Ability to rebuild cable connectors (Ethernet, Profibus, power cables, Harting connectors)
Experience aligning 5–axis CNC machines using Renishaw laser interferometer, granite squares, dial indicators, or laser tracker
Ability to disassemble, replace, and adjust mechanical components
Ability to replace plug–and–play modules
Experience with C++ (Visual Studio Code)
Ability to work with SQL Server Management Studio
Availability to work onsite at the customer facility across all shifts, including weekends, and to work beyond 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week when required
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
