Must be able to understand written work instructions, drawings, and schematics for a wide range of products to properly assemble the final product to the highest of quality standards and with zero scrap or rework.
The employee may lift or move objects up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to wear appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment such as but not limited to masks, glasses, gloves, and specialty garments.
Basic mathematic skills are required.
Must be proficient in reading blueprints and possess familiarity with standard parts and tools utilized in soldering processes.
Work may be active, could stand or sit for long durations and/or perform repetitious work at times.

Associate's degree required

Experience with healthcare technology management programs including leadership
Medical equipment knowledge (manufacturers, models, modalities, capital planning, etc…)
Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices (CMS, TJC, CLIA, AABB, NRC,State, Local)
Strong computer skills (proficient with Microsoft products), experience with CMMS products
Strong planning and organization skills. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
