Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
National language proficiency demonstrated via interview (Spanish language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process through a conversational evaluation)
Make outbound calls to existing and current customers
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
Take customer orders by phone and email
Process orders accurately using order processing software
Assist customers with questions, concerns, returns, and order inquiries
Process customer payments for orders placed
Maintain accurate customer records and order information
Provide exceptional customer service while building positive customer relationships
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
