Previous leadership experience is required
Proficient organizational & computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel are required
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time - 12-hour shifts
Ability to work a 2-2-3 schedule, with occasional flexibility to conduct interviews and attend in-person or virtual meetings outside that normal shift schedule
Basic math skills are needed
Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to Chippewa Falls, WI (inferred from location requirement)
Must be capable of supervising a team and performing hands-on setup, training, and Troubleshooting on packaging and production equipment
