Previous maintenance experience with industrial production systems, plumbing, control systems, welding, fabrication, and hydraulic systems
Ability to operate a Drill Press, Power/Hand Tools, Measuring Equipment and Test Equipment such as a voltmeter
Basic computer skills and PLC knowledge
Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings, schematics, and manuals
High school diploma or GED required
5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred, aerospace)
Apprenticeship or Associates Degree preferred or certificate of training to demonstrate qualifications

Proficient in rigging, bolting, welding, and crane signaling.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and erection plans.
Working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart R (Steel Erection).
Fall protection and rigging certifications preferred.
Comfortable using Contractor Foreman or similar mobile field documentation software.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
High School diploma or GED required.
