3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, or assembly environment
Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, pressure gauges)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals
Basic shop math skills (addition, subtraction, measurements)
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment

Experience working with hand tools, welding equipment, saws, punch press, drill press air tools, grinders, forklift, and overhead crane operations.
Possess a positive attitude, ability to work well within a team and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with technical and math abilities.
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to identify quality issues and recommend effective corrective actions.
Working knowledge of non-conformance reporting and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with AWS, ASME & ISO 9001 quality standards and systems.
