Experience working with pumps, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or similar industrial systems.
Industrial/plant experience is more important than a chemistry background.

Able to work independently.
Comfortable communicating internally with the team and, when necessary, with customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Drive to 3 different locations, utilizing own vehicle. Sites are within approximately a 100-mile radius.

Ability to pass a background check
Ability to work in a drug-free workplace
Experience installing residential HVAC systems and complete system replacements
Knowledge of HVAC installation, ductwork, refrigerant lines, airflow, and equipment commissioning
Ability to read installation specifications and complete required documentation
Ability to safely lift 50 to 75 pounds and consistently lift at least 25 pounds
Ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, scaffolding, and in crawl spaces
Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
Ability to wear the required personal protective equipment
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Comfortable working around electrical systems, sharp tools, and other jobsite hazards
Willingness to work overtime and extended shifts as business demands
