High school diploma and/or GED
6 months experience in a manufacturing environment
A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Must have excellent attention to detail
Use training knowledge to think independently
Must be able to handle very small objects
Must be able to carry up to 40 pounds and be physically capable of moving hardware on both low and high level shelves.
Excellent attendance
Stand for long periods of time; Move about rapidly
Fallow all ISO procedures within the Receiving department
Handle a flexible work load
Follow all ESD policies and procedures
The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, talk, hear, and see.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
Knowledge of IPC-A-610D; J-Std-001D; ISO 9001-2000
Three years of increasingly difficult inspection experience involving the application and working knowledge of sophisticated measuring equipment techniques, or equivalent related experience.
Knowledge of a wide variety of inspection methods and equipment including microscopes, calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, surface blocks, indicators, testers, etc.
Experience inspecting printed circuit boards, assemblies, mechanical housings, and electrical components.
Experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Outlook, etc.)
Experience in accessing, recording, and maintaining information in company databases, websites, and shared LAN folders.
Trained in, use, and enforce use of proper ESD handling
