Office Support Specialist
Location: Springfield, IL
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time
Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Manage front desk reception duties and phone communications
Order and maintain office supplies
Perform various administrative and office support tasks as assigned
Assist team members across departments as needed
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with multiple teams and support all staff members
Maintain accuracy while handling phones, scheduling, and deadlines
Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and deadlines

During tax season (January 1 through April 15), this position requires a minimum of 15 hours of overtime per week
