Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, and inspection methods
Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
Ability to perform basic program edits and machine adjustments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
