Must be able to validate that work areas and equipment have been properly cleaned and sanitized using ATP testing
Must be able to conduct and coordinate the end-of-shift pre-operational (pre-op) inspection
Must be able to ensure accurate, legible, real-time completion of SSOP records, daily sanitation checklists, and ATP logs
Understanding of cleaning validation versus cleaning itself; experience using an ATP testing device (luminometer) to verify sanitation is a plus
Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safe equipment disassembly and reassembly
Familiarity with environmental monitoring, zone-based cleaning, and responding to presumptive Listeria positives in a ready-to-eat (RTE) environment preferred
Multilingual skills are a plus
