1 year of retail and retail POS experience required, preferably within outdoor industry
Basic accounting experience of analyzing, summarizing, and reporting transactions required
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail while receiving and transferring products
Strong ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, management, and shared services verbally and in writing
Ability to stay on track and manage a large workload during pre-season, holiday periods, and busy times
Ability to work with the shared services team with topics such as ordering, inventory, receiving, and the POS system
Possess a working knowledge of products and trends within our retail outlets and within the industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
Must be able to work in a high volume, fast-paced retail environment
Ability to provide excellent customer service and utilize problem-solving skills
Capable of squatting, bending, stooping, standing for long periods of time, working in varying weather conditions, and lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs
