Degree from technical school or equivalent combination of education and work experience
One-year experience as a mechanical assembler or mechanic in any related field
3 years of experience as a mechanical assembler or mechanic in any rotating equipment related field
Valid Driver License
Ability to read and understand structural drawing, schematics, and operating manuals
Must be competent in all aspects of troubleshooting and repair of RIX Industries 5R5, Star and other models of Compressors and LaBarge Controllers
Must have troubleshooting skills that seldom require assistance
Ability to perform calculations such as percentages, ratios, and fractions
Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to a variety of software applications
Ability to understand the use and application of air and gas compressors and generators and basic manufacturing tooling and equipment
Excellent technical writing, oral communication, and inter-personal professional skills
Ability to travel based on company needs
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or qualified U.S. Person in accordance with ALU 22CFR 120.15
May require the ability to obtain DOD security clearance
