Strong time management skills
Minimum 2 years of continuous welding experience, preferably with aluminum or steel in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Perform basic math calculations required for measuring, assembling, and troubleshooting
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time
Exposure to outdoor weather temperatures
Set up and adjust welding equipment as needed
Ability to use various measuring tools
