3–5+ years of hospitality management experience, with bar management experience strongly preferred
Previous experience in a General Manager, Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, or comparable hospitality leadership position
Strong understanding of beverage and bar operations
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees
Experience managing budgets, inventory, labor costs, and financial performance
