At least six (6) years of experience in the following:
Applying all-source geospatial analysis techniques to multiple datasets
Performing geospatial analysis to determine key terrain, named areas of interest, and targets of interest
Integrating social network analysis (SNA) results with traditional all-source analysis, facility characterizations, and in-depth (deep dive) analysis.
Creating and editing data layers, shapefiles/KML/KMZ, 3D models, and other data types within GIS software
Domain knowledge of the following: Command, Control, and Logistics (C2L), WMD, or related fields
Have the technical skills, knowledge, and experience to accomplish the work with minimal oversight.
Have demonstrated the ability to: (1) effectively communicate verbally & in writing in English, (2) clearly & concisely express multifaceted concepts, (3) develop ideas in a logical sequence leading to a validated conclusion.
