2 + years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment
Understanding of food manufacturing processes, production losses, equipment, and plant safety.
Flexibility to work weekends, rotating shifts, or alternative schedules as required, with increased workload during seasonal peaks.

Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, rain, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains)
Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Working knowledge of DPF and DEF equipment systems
Experience working with heavy equipment drivetrain systems
Ability to read schematics, manuals, and work instructions
Proficient with hand and power tools
Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
