Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Shipping closing packages to collateral warehouses, lenders, and borrowers
Performing task management and accurate data entry within escrow systems
Receiving and processing incoming mail via FedEx, UPS, and USPS
Communicating requirements, timelines, and other relevant information to clients
Performing a wide range of administrative duties to support the escrow process
Preparing documents for closing and assisting with the complete disbursement and follow-up of escrow transactions
Reviewing, reconciling, and stacking closing packages and related transaction documents
Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
Minimum 2+ years of experience in an escrow-related field
Overtime: Possible, especially during end-of-month peak periods
100% onsite
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Interpreting agreements as they relate to closings and preparing required documentation
Opening escrow orders and inputting closing statement information into internal systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Location: Irving, TX
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret agreements and closing-related documentation
Supporting a fast-paced environment with fluctuating volumes and deadlines
