Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated work experience as a handy person and building maintenance
Physical demands include primarily required to stand, walk, lean, bend, manage stairs for extended periods throughout multiple buildings. Must be able to maneuver in small spaces, kneel, crouch, climb ladders and ability to lift a minimum of 30lbs or more as needed
Proven experience with plumbing and electrical systems
Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment
High School Diploma or GED required in Lieu of GED, 4 years in a relevant handyman and/or maintenance position required
Minimum of 1 year experience working with a senior population and dependent persons
Able to perform job responsibilities
Able to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
Strong maintenance skills and experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish, highly preferred
