Must be able to operate or have the ability to learn to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including picker and sit-down forklift for the entire duration of the shift
Associate must weigh under 300lbs in order to abide by safety standards when using the MHE equipment
Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and courteously, adhering to all Company policies and procedures relating to safety. This includes obeying all traffic laws and regulations and maintaining a valid driver's license with a driving record that falls within the Company requirements
Ability to satisfy all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements as outlined in the Field Supplemental Handbook (i.e., ability to wear safety glasses while working in the distribution center)
