Lead experience requirement
Able to work in the US
Hands-on experience operating and setting up punch press, brake press, and other fabrication machinery.
Demonstrated experience implementing and sustaining Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Working knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Requires knowledge equivalent to 1 to 2 years high school.
