Operate and maintain the Barberan Jetmaster Digital Press
Read and interpret job tickets to determine setup specifications and production requirements
Set up print jobs using proper setup techniques
Inspect equipment before and after each production run
Monitor product quality, including print accuracy, size, warp, loose liner, and overall appearance
Maximize machine productivity while maintaining quality standards
Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
Report equipment issues and submit maintenance work orders as needed
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
Remove and replace damaged materials using hand tools when necessary
Follow all safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and PPE requirements
Frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, and close visual inspection throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands for handling equipment and materials
Occasional bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Must be legally able to work in the United States
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to the Lawrenceville, GA location
