Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar Senior Operations leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience in a Senior Operations Plant Manager role

Strong background in machining manufacturing; hydraulics, utilities (oil & gas), or automotive industry experience highly preferred
6S Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification preferred

Deep knowledge of budgeting, financial management, cost control, and KPI analysis
Experience in supervisory or managerial roles
Solid understanding of logistics and management systems
Technical aptitude, with basic knowledge of hydraulic systems
Experience with manufacturing methodologies: Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Theory of Constraints, bottleneck management; KANBAN, takt time, lead time optimization; Root cause analysis tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys)
